The young son, Raymundo is accused of stealing a purse, and is severely punished by his father (Fernando Soler). Through the years, the children leave the nest and begin lives of their own, until the eldest, Jose lands a job at a bank. Soon, his lust for money leads to robbery and with no one to turn to, begs his mother (Sara Garcia) for the money. The house is soon mortgaged but the family is faced with the consequences of possibly losing their home.
