Donna Randel`s (Nicolette Sheridan) husband Jeff`s job demands that he be away from home for long periods of time, leaving her lonely. During one of these stretches, she begins a steamy affair with Alan, her daughter`s teacher. Alan`s behavior grows increasingly strange, however, and soon Jeff returns home.
